Job Description
Delmege Forsyth & Co. Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Executive – HR to join our Group Human Resources team. Responsibilities include managing exit and disciplinary processes in line with company policies and laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and conduct exit interviews to enhance employee retention and workplace culture.
- Manage exit processes, including documentation and final settlements.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary cases confidentially and fairly.
- Act as an HR Business Partner for assigned units and represent the company in discussions with labor department officials.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 3-4 years of HR experience, with focus on exits and business partnering.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Excel & Word.
