Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s schedule and appointments seamlessly.
- Efficiently handle correspondence and communications.
- Coordinate both internal and external interactions.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, and ensure follow-up.
- Create insightful reports and dynamic presentations.
- Safeguard confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Accredited in Secretarial Practices.
- 5+ years experience as a Confidential Secretary or Personal Assistant.
- Proficient in MS Office and skilled in data analysis.
- Exceptional communication and organizational prowess.
- Self-motivated with outstanding multitasking abilities.
