Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Production Executive / Trainee to join our dynamic client’s team in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

Designation: Production Executive

Location: Horana

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute production schedule and ensure material reconciliation.
• Support Production and QA Managers in GMP compliance and documentation practices.
• Enforce EHS standards in the workplace.
• Conduct continuous training for Production/Packing staff.
• Review and establish SOPs.
• Assist Validation & Calibration teams.
• Manage deviations and execute CAPA.
• Handle change controls and ensure timely closure.
• Ensure real-time completion of BMIR/BPR and other documents.
• Coordinate with continuous improvement and maintenance teams.
• Participate in training activities and maintain sterility assurance.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Science (B Pharm, BSc Pharmacy, or Chemistry) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Pharmaceutical/Food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and on a shift basis with minimal supervision.
