Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identifying and qualifying leads through various channels.
- Building long-lasting relationships with potential and different customers, understanding their business needs.
- Presenting compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiating and closing deals.
- Managing a pipeline of opportunities.
- Providing ongoing support to customers.
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales (ERP background preferred).
- A good network with Small & Medium-sized Enterprises.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
