Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives to address these gaps.
- Create engaging training materials, including e-learning modules and workshops, and deliver these programs effectively.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making necessary improvements to optimize learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop tailored career development plans for high-potential employees and manage the L&D budget to ensure cost-effective training solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
