Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including shipping documents, invoices, and inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to logistics and transportation.
• Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate reports.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to logistics operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics within the FMCG and Engineering industries.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation, and warehousing.
• Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
