Job Description
LAUGFS Holdings is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from planning to completion.
- Develop project plans with scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor progress, prepare cost estimates, and manage contracts.
- Resolve issues, maintain communication, and report status regularly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and regulations.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
PMP certification is a plus.
