Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain high-tech machinery in the factory.
- Ensure efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machinery.
- Manage documentation related to production and machinery maintenance.
- Supervise production staff and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Monitor production metrics and report on performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of technical work experience in the tea industry preferred.
- Technical education in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical areas. HND graduates preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Location: Orugodawatte
