Job Description
Hela Apparel Holdings PLC is seeking a Manager to join the Corporate Affairs team under the Group CEO’s guidance. The role involves spearheading strategic corporate finance endeavors, focusing on mergers & acquisitions as well as investor relations.
The Job:
- Assess M&A possibilities from financial and strategic standpoints.
- Provide guidance on the legal and financial structuring of M&A transactions.
- Oversee M&A projects.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders for successful implementation.
- Carry out industry research and financial evaluations.
- Support investor relations tasks and corporate strategy formulation.
- Participate in strategic initiatives within the corporate finance domain.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, law, or business.
- Preference for CFA certification or postgraduate qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to work autonomously and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
