Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative duties such as invoice processing and general ledger maintenance.
- Help in setting up properties for the property manager.
- Assist in preparing AGM meeting minutes and Manager’s Report.
- Communicate with tenants for payment processing and maintain contact with lot owners and committee members.
Requirements:
