Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as the Secretary to CEO at Bio Foods (Pvt.) Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer.
Key responsibilities include managing executive correspondence, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, impeccable organization, and be able to handle confidential information with discretion.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and are adept at multitasking, we want to hear from you. Prior experience supporting C-level executives is preferred but not required.
