Role Description

Qualifications

• O/L – Science and Maths must be “A” Grade
• A/L – Combined Maths Stream with 3S
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Customer Support and Satisfaction abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of web hosting technologies and concepts
• Experience in providing technical support, web hosting industry experience is a plus
