Job Description
This is an on-site contractual role for a Marketing Associate – Emerging Markets at Fonterra Brands Sri Lanka, located in Kaduwela.
The Position
- Support in Project Management related to Innovations – liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate market research in quantitative and qualitative avenues.
- Analyze market data to identify trends & insights.
- Drive ATL and BTL market activities to achieve annual plans.
- Manage and reconcile A&P Spends effectively.
The Person
- BSc in Business Management with CIM qualification.
- Minimum 01 year of FMCG experience, preferably in F&B industry.
- Strong English language skills required.
- Energetic individual keen on consumer marketing growth.
