Job Description
Location: Avissawella EPZ
Job Duties:
- To be the main point of contact for general HR enquiries from both internal and external customers.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage probationary reports and evaluations.
- Develop and maintain HR systems, manage personnel records, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR standards and lead negotiations when required.
- Carry out performance evaluations and provide accurate HR analytics.
- Manage employee exit interviews and clearances.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Business Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Effective communication skills
- Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
- Capability to manage multiple work activities within tight deadlines
- Process-driven mindset
