Job Description
Education/Experience And Skills Requirement:
- Willingness to work in UK, US, and Singapore shifts
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, marketing, or related fields
- Over five years of industry experience, including 3 years as a Design Program Manager/Admin or in a similar role
- Experience in new business transition, process management, and effective client communication
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the capital markets/financial services industry preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage deliverables, resources, processes, and stakeholders
- Oversee team’s workflow management, training, and client reporting
- Manage capacity, output, and work plan of the team
- Triage requests for resource support
- Report account summaries, time utilization, error rates, etc.
- Transform and optimize operational efficiency of design and research functions
- Coordinate end-to-end planning of design and research functions
- Manage risk log, track mitigation plans, and document changes to designs
- Produce program status reports for management
- Research participant management, recruitment, tracking incentives paid, and managing research outputs
- Manage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide hands-on support for management tasks
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for design activities
