Job Description

Join our team as a Senior WSS Consultant at Virtusa where you will be responsible for:

• Minimum of 6 years experience in working on WSS
• Python Scripting
• SQL / MS SQL Server / Stored Procedures
• Perl Scripting
• Batch Scripting
• Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills
• Customer Handling and Relationship Management
• Verbal and Written Communication skills
• L1/L2/L3 – All levels of support provided
• DBA Tasks / Backup / Restore / Jobs / Access / Security
• Installing and maintenance of WSS products (Server and Clients modules)
• Enhancing & customizing of WSS app according to client requirements
• Interface developments (TRM, ACM, DMM, Reports, Static Data, External Interfaces, TRMSwift)
• Upgrading and migrating the latest WSS products
• Customizing Interfaces and Activities in WSS
• Change Requests related to default WSS functionality
