Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Colombo (Boralasgamuwa) requires a Sales Coordinator to manage sales activities, provide top-notch customer service, facilitate internal and external communication, and support sales operations.
Qualifications
- Strong sales coordination and customer service skills
- Experience in sales operations and CRM management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in advertising or media industry is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
