Job Description
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Colombo
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee ticketing operations, ensuring efficient booking and reservations for clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve ticketing issues, and maintain accurate records.
- Provide training and support to junior staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Ticketing Agent or in a similar role is essential.
- Expertise in Amadeus, Sabre, and Galileo reservation systems is required.
- Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience with GDS are a must.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills honed through years of experience.
- Deep knowledge of airline regulations and industry trends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in travel and tourism are a plus.
