Qualifications
- Facility Management (FM) and Facilities Operations skills
- Experience in janitorial services and facilities maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Experience in managing and coordinating facility operations
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business, or related field
