Job Description
Uptime provides white label IT Support and NOC services to MSPs, allowing them to expand their service offerings. Working with a leading UK-based MSP, this role includes training to enhance technical knowledge. Living in the Colombo area is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Providing 2nd Line support to SMEs, acting as an escalation point. An MSP background is preferred. Strong English language skills are essential.

- MS Windows Server: 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019
- Microsoft 365
- Azure & Azure AD
- MS Exchange 2010 and above
- Networking – VLAN’s, Routers / Bridging
- Security – Firewalls (SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco)
- Endpoint protection, AV, Security best practices
- Virtualisation – Hyper V & VMware
