Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager located in Sri Lanka within the agriculture/Horticulture industry.
The ideal candidate should be motivated, well-organized, and have a deep understanding of prospecting and building strong customer relationships.
Key Accountabilities include driving revenue growth, increasing customer base, fostering strategic partnerships, market intelligence, and contract negotiations.
Job Description – Agriculture segment:
- Sales & Marketing experience with Agriculture/ Science background.
- Experience in Agricultural fertilizer and pesticides industry preferred.
- Must possess strong sales and collection skills.
- Excellent negotiation, customer engagement, and closure skills.
- 8-10 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Agricultural fertilizer industry.
