Job Description
We are looking for an experienced individual to lead the Business Development role at Ninehearts Group. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales channel management and customer experience. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, managing retail and corporate sales channels, and expanding our presence in the Printing and IT industry.
Key Responsibilities and Personal Attributes:
- Strategize and implement effective sales channel management to maximize reach and profitability.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
- Customize solutions for diverse customer needs and analyze market trends.
- Lead a team in business development and manage partner relationships.
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Must be adaptable to market changes and have a passion for technology.
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology.
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales or business development, focusing on the technology sector.
- Understanding of Sri Lankan retail and enterprise markets.
- Proven ability to deliver on sales targets with excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills across different cultures.
