Job Description
We are a dynamic and rapidly expanding cybersecurity consulting company. Currently, we are seeking a highly organized, task management expert to help us keep everything running smoothly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage directors’ calendars and schedule meetings.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Create and maintain project plans, ensuring timely completion.
- Oversee billing processes and follow up on collections.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Track and follow up on company OKRs.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in office management and project management tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
