Do you have what it takes?

As a Technical Lead, you will:

• Identify, evaluate, and define architectural approaches for developing software solutions
• Build scalable solutions focusing on non-functional requirements
• Ensure best practices are followed during the software development process
• Lead, govern, and guide engineering team members to develop advanced technological solutions
• Proactively detect risks/issues in the solution and propose mitigation approaches
• Mentor and manage the next level team and support technical career growth in the organization

Experience and Background

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• 6+ years of industry experience in web application design and development
• Experience in AWS Cloud Services (IAAS, PAAS)
• Elasticsearch indexing and search result optimization
• Technical knowledge in Javascript/Node.js, MongoDB
• Solution documentation
• Microservices and containerizing
• Knowledge in e-commerce frameworks
