Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls and walk-in clients professionally and efficiently.
- Lead and motivate a team of 2 sales associates.
- Ensure the workshop is well-maintained and presentable at all times.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries and issues.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of Tamil is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
