Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Monitor production KPIs and ensure targets are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the design and quality assurance teams to maintain product standards.
- Train and mentor junior production staff.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
