Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Operator to join our team. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, providing information about hospital services, and resolving patient issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls with professionalism
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical staff

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English required; Tamil & Sinhala skills a plus
