Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible & assist in maintaining records for The smooth and efficient operation of Finance division
- Prepare Invoice & Quotations if needed
- Support payroll & tax related activities
- Timely completing of monthly postings of source Documents, journals for provisions and to extract monthly Trial Balance together with all schedules and reconciliations
- Assist with timely completion of annual financial audit, filing of tax returns
- Assist to develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Quick Book is a must (online version) is a must
- Completed AAT or Business level of CA Sri Lanka / CIMA / ACCA (Part Qualifications)
- Hands-on experience in handling company accounts
- Work Experience minimum 1 year (in Audit & the Mercantile sector)
- Excellent communication in English both verbal & written
- Ability to work long hrs. to achieve the given deadlines
- Candidates who are having a license for riding bikes
- Ability to work half-day on Saturdays is essential
