Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible & assist in maintaining records for The smooth and efficient operation of Finance division
  • Prepare Invoice & Quotations if needed
  • Support payroll & tax related activities
  • Timely completing of monthly postings of source Documents, journals for provisions and to extract monthly Trial Balance together with all schedules and reconciliations
  • Assist with timely completion of annual financial audit, filing of tax returns
  • Assist to develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in Quick Book is a must (online version) is a must
  • Completed AAT or Business level of CA Sri Lanka / CIMA / ACCA (Part Qualifications)
  • Hands-on experience in handling company accounts
  • Work Experience minimum 1 year (in Audit & the Mercantile sector)
  • Excellent communication in English both verbal & written
  • Ability to work long hrs. to achieve the given deadlines
  • Candidates who are having a license for riding bikes
  • Ability to work half-day on Saturdays is essential
