Job Description
Job Duties:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for interior design projects.
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and recommend cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure terms align with project requirements.
- Prepare regular progress reports, financial forecasts, and variance analyses for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction or interior design industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
