Job Description
The Senior HR executive must handle daily HR department duties independently and under pressure. Responsibilities include maintaining HR documents, recruitment, payroll, EPF & ETF tasks, and employee grievances. Qualifications needed: HR degree or diploma, 5+ years experience, MS Office skills, excellent communication in English and Sinhala, and leadership qualities.
- Visit warehouses, showrooms, and handle daily HR tasks.
- Manage workers from Manpower agencies.
