Job Description
We are an Accounting Services company with a clientele from different countries. We are looking for a Trainee Account Executive to join the team to support our growing presence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with bookkeeping and data entry.
- Preparing payments (Cash, cheque, Bank transfers).
- Assisting in invoicing.
- Ensure proper maintenance of recorded documents.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
