Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise the functions of all food & beverage employees.
- Work closely with all levels of staff including Kitchen, F&B, Housekeeping, and Front Office to role model best practices and behaviors for employees throughout the property.
- Ensure that the hotel is productive, maintains required quality standards, and customer service standards.
- Coordinate with Group F&B Manager for product and service upgrading.
- Take an active role in coaching and developing staff to reach hotel expectations.
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Identify training needs and assist in implementing and conducting training sessions for all staff.
