Job Description
We are on the lookout for dynamic and energetic individuals to join our team as an Assistant Accountant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, Ledgers.
- Preparation of monthly and final accounts.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts promptly.
- Prepare and file necessary financial documents and reports.
- Payment of APIT, Stamp Duty, EPF, ETF.
- Dealing with External Auditors and Banks, Cash flow management.
Qualifications:
- Partly Qualified in Chartered Accountancy or Similar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Hands-on experience working in Tally System.
- Ability to handle all functions in the accounts department independently.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
