Role Description: Full-time position for a Helpdesk Executive in Pannipitiya, responsible for daily office operations. Collaborate across departments to ensure administrative accuracy.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contact production companies via email and phone.
- Prepare progress reports.
- Maintain clear records of processes.
- Organize files for easy access.
- Liaise with teams to resolve issues.
- Report internal system issues.
- Establish positive client communication.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Degree or equivalent qualification required.
- Ability to work Saturdays.
