Compensation: Base Salary: 40,00 LKR – 60,00 LKR per month (Depending on Experience) 💰
Commission-Based Bonuses: 0 – 200,00 LKR per month (Based on Performance) 💼
Feelo is looking for a driven Business Development Specialist to help accelerate growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
- Make 40 cold calls daily to attract potential clients
- Create compelling pitches and arrange meetings with potential partners
- Negotiate effectively and onboard high-quality merchants
- Exceed sales targets by closing deals efficiently
- Provide expert guidance to partners on platform usage
- Maintain vendor records and update CRM system regularly
- Collaborate with teams to implement effective strategies
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with excellent communication skills 🗣️
- Ability to engage big clients and achieve sales targets
- Experience in coaching partners and hospitality industry exposure is a plus ⚔️
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field is preferred 🎓
