Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for various HR tasks, including HR management, benefits administration, employee training, and managing HR information systems. The role will involve working at the Spa Ceylon Ayurveda Wellness location in Colombo.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of benefits administration processes
