Role Description
As an MIS Junior Executive, you will be responsible for supporting our Management Information Systems (MIS) team in maintaining and improving our data management and reporting processes. Your role will involve data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. Knowledge of general insurance and customer service will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of MIS systems and databases.
- Collect, analyze, and report data to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and updates.
- Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to various departments.
- Collaborate with different teams to identify data requirements and improvements.
- Support the implementation of new MIS initiatives and projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MIS systems and data.
- Provide training and support to end-users on MIS tools and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
- Familiarity with general insurance concepts and customer service principles is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data handling.
