Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Art Director to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, possess a strong portfolio showcasing their work, and have experience in graphic design, with additional expertise in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro as added advantages. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong aesthetic sense, and the ability to turn creative concepts into high-quality visual content, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative vision and concept development for various artistic projects.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and other team members to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Develop and implement innovative visual strategies that effectively communicate the desired message or brand identity.
• Oversee the execution of design projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide guidance and direction to graphic designers, illustrators, and other artists involved in the project.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and creativity of work produced.
• Manage resources effectively, including budget allocation and project scheduling..
• Review and approve final designs, layouts, and artworks before delivery to clients or publication.
• Maintain strong communication channels with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

• Creative Direction, Art Direction, and Creative Strategy skills
• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative leadership role
• Strong understanding of design principles and trends
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex design challenges.
• Experience in the advertising or marketing industry
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Graphic Design or Fine Arts
