Managerial Leadership:

• Lead and manage a team of professionals, including project managers, business analysts, and technical experts, to deliver successful IT projects and solutions.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team, and monitor progress to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.

Lead Generation and Sales Opportunities:

• Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and expand the company’s client base.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, pitch presentations, and promotional materials to attract new clients and partners.

Project Delivery Management:

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Manage project scope, resources, and timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues to minimize project delays and disruptions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Status Reporting:

• Prepare and deliver regular status reports, updates, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively, and propose solutions and recommendations to address challenges and drive project success.

Delivery Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the quality and integrity of project deliverables by implementing best practices, standards, and quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of project deliverables, processes, and methodologies to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Business Development and Growth:

• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies to drive business growth and expansion.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives, business plans, and growth strategies to achieve company objectives.

The Nuts and Bolts of Your Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT project management, operations management, or business management roles, with a focus on project delivery and team leadership.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams to deliver complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute business plans and growth strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, senior executives, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) technologies and exposure to automation initiatives is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and drive business development efforts.
• Experience in building teams from scratch, including recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and experience with project management tools and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.
