Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Care Professional at ApsSoft SD Pvt Ltd in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The Customer Care Professional will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, analyzing customer needs, and communicating effectively with customers. Some remote work is also acceptable for this role.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills – Engilish , Sinhala, and Tamil
