Currently, Alli markets over 40 different types of food products across the nation and has strong links with local dealers. Under the leadership of Mr. MRM Musadique, the Chairman and Managing Director, Alli has grown into a well-established food manufacturer.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Manager at Alli. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including customer visits, relationship building, and achieving sales targets. They will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations in the assigned area.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Experience in the food industry or FMCG sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
