Job Description
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Colombo for a Barista. The Barista will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as food preparation, providing excellent customer service, and using interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers. Qualifications
- Barista and Food Preparation skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee types, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
