Job Description

We are currently working in partnership with a Local Authority based in Devon, recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator for an initial two-month contract covering sick leave.

The position starts immediately with potential for full-time employment, offering a negotiable hourly rate up to £17.11 via an Umbrella company.

Duties Will Include:

  • Answering calls related to repairs, debt recovery, and other issues
  • Providing administrative support and updating databases
  • Handling queries over phone and email
  • Maintaining filing compliance with regulations

Experience Required:

  • Public sector experience
  • Customer query resolution experience
  • Achieving positive outcomes for customers

Working Hours:

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30
