Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Drive and closely manage the sales team to develop effective strategies to achieve sales value and distribution targets both individually and collectively.
2. Efficiently manage distributors to achieve organizational value and distribution targets.
3. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with dealers and distributors, ensuring unparalleled satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Effectively manage and collect outstanding payments by the team, from dealers to distributors and distributors to the organization.
5. Manage distributor’s pipeline to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Over 5 years of sales experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Territory Sales Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully driving sales and meeting targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in territory management and distribution channel management.
