Job Description
SLIIT INTERNATIONAL, a subsidiary of SLIIT, operates Curtin Colombo, offering Curtin University, Australia degree programs in Business, Computing, and Engineering in Sri Lanka. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Human Resources Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Manage employee records and HR systems.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Handle HR reporting and analytics.
- Assist in minor financial duties and ad hoc projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 1 year HR experience.
- Good English language skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
