Duties & Responsibilities:

• Meet sales/revenue targets
• Forecast, analyze sales data
• Develop customer relationships
• Handle complaints & enquiries
• Recruit, train & manage agents
• Ensure service levels & Helpdesk operations

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ BPO/Contact Centre experience
• Supervisory experience
• BSc/BA in business administration
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
