Job Description
We are looking for three Customer Experience Specialists to join our executive team. This role requires strong customer service skills, experience in the travel and tourism industry, and basic mechanical knowledge. The position involves working on a rotating roster with two weekly holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Use travel and tourism knowledge to assist customers.
- Apply basic mechanical knowledge to solve technical issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Service, especially in Travel and Tourism.
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on a roster basis with two weekly holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
