Job Description
Company Description: Uconnect, a leading cosmetics brand, is looking for a talented Channel Manager to join their team in Kelanimulla.
Role Description:
- Plan and budget for team sales activities.
- Engage with investors and customers for partnerships.
- Analyze sales data and manage product portfolio.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback.
- Develop customer-specific business plans.
- Conduct field visits and maintain product availability.
- Implement promotional plans and manage teams.
Qualifications:
- Marketing degree with 8-10 years of sales experience.
- FMCG or cosmetics industry experience.
- Modern Trade (MT) experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Willingness to travel and manage key accounts.
