Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Tour Assistant based in Colombo. As a Tour Assistant, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating guided tours in Sri Lanka. Your duties will include creating tour itineraries, communicating with clients and service providers, and ensuring our guests have a seamless travel experience.

Qualifications

• Skills in Tour Planning, Tour Management, and Itinerary Development
• Experience in conducting guided tours
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of Sri Lanka’s tourist destinations and attractions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Fluency in English (additional language skills are an advantage)
• A degree or certification in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
• Preferred experience in the luxury tourism segment
