Responsibilities:
- Work effectively as a team member in Risk Management.
- Conduct risk assessments and submit reports to superiors.
- Identify risks, communicate findings, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Conduct investigations and report weaknesses in internal controls.
- Contribute to the execution of the Risk Management plan.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Partly qualified in ACCA/ICASL/CIMA or possess a degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Minimum of four years experience in Internal Audit/Risk Management or General Insurance.
- Excellent understanding of systems, controls, processes, and procedures.
- Strong written and oral presentation skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and energetic with a positive attitude.
- Must be a team player and able to interact with staff at all levels.
